The Town of Claresholm provides a wide range of retail, government and professional services to the surrounding region. The community’s quality of life is enhanced by the rolling foothills to the West, golden grain fields to the East, and many historical ranches.
The Town of Claresholm lies within the center of a diversified farmland belt, with transportation links to major markets. Claresholm is located midway between the major centres of Calgary and Lethbridge. We are 80 km north of Lethbridge and 104 km south of Calgary.
Claresholm and district is home to a number of companies such as:
- Del Comal Foods Ltd./El Molino
- Triple T Trucking
- Watt & Stewart Transportation
- EMERCOR
The Town of Claresholm is also home to the Claresholm Centre for Mental Health and Addictions (Care Centre), the Appaloosa Horse Club of Canada, and Central Office of Livingstone Range School Division.
